Sweet nougat D.Barbero
The Barbero friable nougat is produced according to the ancient Asti-like recipe.
The production is still handmade and is marked by a seven hours-long baking.
The nougat has a high percentage of Piedmont hazelnuts (51%) and honey.

We cook it at the moment, the yolks and the sugar are mixed with marsala, moscato, champagne or other spirits.

HOW IS IT PREPARED
Our patented batch freezer mixes the milk and the sugar. No crystal ices are formed during the process. Just let it melt and it will turn into milk again.
